Fabtech Lifts provides manufacturing, installation, modernization, and maintenance services for elevators and lifts. The information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

• All quotations are estimates subject to site survey and confirmation
• Final pricing depends on specifications, site conditions, and material costs at time of order
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly mentioned

While we strive to provide accurate product specifications, images, and descriptions, we reserve the right to modify product details without prior notice. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

• All new installations come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, labour, and service
• Extended warranty (2–5 years) available through Annual Maintenance Contracts
• Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, power surges, or natural disasters
• Warranty claims must be reported within 48 hours of discovery

• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site readiness and material availability
• The client must ensure site readiness (civil work, power supply, shaft construction) per our specifications
• Delays caused by client-side unpreparedness do not constitute grounds for penalty or cancellation

AMC terms, coverage, and pricing are specified in the individual contract between Fabtech Lifts and the client. General AMC information on this website is indicative and subject to specific contract terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Fabtech Lifts and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Fabtech Lifts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
